The down payment must be equal to or greater than the amount of your payment installments.
If you hold a professional license, are an attorney, or are attempting to obtain a professional license, you must enter a down payment and enroll in automatic withdrawal payments. Failure to do so will result in your payment plan being invalid and closed.
If a down payment is entered, the payment method must be E-Check.

If you are a Missouri state government employee, you must enroll in payroll deduction. Please select "no" when asked if you would like to enroll in auto pay. You will receive a Terms of Agreement either by mail or email to take to your HR/payroll department to set the payment plan up through payroll deduction.
