Please enter your MOID and PIN from your billing notice to request a payment plan agreement.

If you do not have your Bill Pin Number, you may fill out Form 4338 to request a payment plan. To obtain your Bill Pin Number you may email paymentplan@dor.mo.gov, with 'Bill Pin Number request' in the subject line. You must provide your first and last name, address, telephone number, last four digits of your Social Security Number, and most recent filing status in your email correspondence.
